HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP ONCE IT IS PLACED?
We will ship your order as fast as we can! Orders with in stock products are USUALLY packed and shipped within 72 hours (1-3 business days) of order receipt. No orders will ship on weekends, holidays or closures due to inclement weather. Orders placed after 9am MT on Fridays or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
A retail sales associate will call or email you when your order is ready for pickup! CONTACT US for order pickup hours, location and phone number. We will notify you if an item is unavailable or if there will be a delay in shipping.
WANT TO MAKE A CHANGE TO YOUR ORDER?
Not a problem! Please note that we cannot add products to your order. Also, shipping addresses and size/color cannot be modified after an order has been placed.
HOW WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All of our retail orders depend on where you are located and the shipping method of your choice. If you provide us with your email address, your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse!
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER I PLACE MY ORDER?
We are unable to modify the shipping address once the order has been placed on our website. Please contact Customer Service if the shipping address on your order was incorrect. We will contact the shipping carrier to request the package be returned to our warehouse. Your order will be returned for a product refund shortly after being received at our warehouse. We encourage you to place a new order on our website with the correct shipping address.
